Refund & Return Policy

At Alcor & MizarTM,  we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver only the highest quality handcrafted candles. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.

  • Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, invoice).


Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in shape, color, or fragrance are not considered defects.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used candles.

  • Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.


Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email us at  alcorandmizar.co@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions.


Delivery partner will pick the product up from your address.


Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status:

  • If approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 business days:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or bank transfer


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If there is any other reason why you want to exchange the product please write to us. If you wish to exchange for the same item, contact us at alcorandmizar.co@gmail.com with supporting evidence.

  • Replacement will be done within 5-7 business days . 

  • Exchange delivery will be done within 5-7 business days . 


Order Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery as per the above policy.
